The key to being an ethical therapist is being willing to notice and apply ethics as a routine part of practice. This includes competently resolving dilemmas that come up. MFCC provides a structured intern program.  Students in their master's programs (marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, and social work), are provided supervision and opportunities to learn how to provide therapy, diagnose, prepare treatment plans, work with diverse populations, collaborate with other professionals, etc.  All of this, while being a part of our team, interns are incorporated into daily MFCC life.
